The fifth solar month (午月, Horse Month) brings the 1 White Water to the centre — the career and communication star at the home’s qi reservoir. The Horse is also in six-combination with the Sheep TaiSui, making this the year’s most favourable month for Horse-born occupants.
About the Horse Month (午月) in 2027
The Horse Month (午月, Mangzhong 6 Jun 2027 to Xiaoshu 7 Jul 2027) places the 1 White Water Star in the centre — one of the classically auspicious stars, and the register that governs career movement, communication and outward presence.
The Horse stands in six-combination with the Sheep TaiSui (午未六合). Horse-born occupants face their personal birth month inside their classical-ally year: the most favourable monthly position available to them in 2027. For them the month is a natural window for commitments that have been waiting on timing.
For all households the month favours communication-heavy work — announcements, public talks, mentor outreach, the meetings that decide things. The Northwest carries the year-level 1 White Career Star, so the Northwest and the centre are both communication-favourable this month and worth using deliberately.

Frequently asked questions
When does the Horse Month (午月) start in 2027?
The Horse Month begins at Mangzhong (6 Jun 2027) — the solar term that opens the month in the Chinese solar calendar. Each feng shui month runs from one solar term to the next, with the chart shifting at the boundary.
What does Star 1 in the centre mean for this month?
The monthly central star sits in the home’s qi reservoir for the duration of the month, layering its register over the year-level chart. Star 1 concentrates that register household-wide, making the month most active in activities and orientations aligned with the star’s classical attributes.
