Pop forecasts deploy the auspicious name as if it were a blanket year-of-blessing for Dragon-born, but the modesty of the actual classical effect is exactly why pop versions tend to inflate it — no one is buying a $128 amulet to receive a polite tailwind.
For evaluation: 辰 holds 戊 (Yang Earth, primary), 乙 (Yin Wood), 癸 (Yin Water). 福德 activates whichever of these three the Day Master functionally needs. For a Yang Water Day Master needing Earth as Officer, the activation of 戊 inside 辰 brings genuine year-long structural support.
