The Dog month (戌月, October-November 2029) places Star 9 Purple Fire in the central palace. Hanlu (8 Oct 2029) opens the month.
About the Dog (戌月) in 2029
The Dog month runs from Hanlu (8 Oct 2029) to Lidong (7 Nov 2029), the solar term that opens the next month. The monthly central star is the 9 Purple Fire (九紫火星), layering its register household-wide for the duration of the month.
Year-and-month combination. The 2029 year-level chart places Star 7 Red Metal in the centre — a Po Jun (破軍) star that in Period 9 carries robbery, conflict and betrayal, so the heart of the home is kept calm and secure all year. This month overlays Star 9 on top: the household-wide signature combines the year’s robbery register with the month’s future wealth register.
Time activities aligned with the month’s central star (9 Purple Fire) for this window
Defer activities pressured by the month’s register to other months where deferral is feasible
Pair major commitments with date selection (擇日) for the specific date within the month
