Sun Bin, a brilliant military strategist, was betrayed by his jealous classmate Pang Juan. Pang Juan framed him and had his kneecaps amputated (cutting flesh). Sun Bin had to feign madness to survive. It is a severe warning against betrayal, false friends, and taking actions that permanently harm yourself.
