唐朝馬周出身貧寒，寄居常何家中，後代常何上疏，被唐太宗賞識重用的故事。
During the Tang Dynasty, the brilliant scholar Ma Zhou was living in obscurity as a guest of the general Chang He. When the Emperor asked for policy suggestions, Ma Zhou wrote them for Chang He. The Emperor immediately recognized the hidden genius and promoted Ma Zhou.
