Level 2 (Deepening Your Practice) is strongly recommended. You need to be fluent with aspects, dignity, dispositors, and the Lunar Nodes — Level 3 builds on all of them. If you are completely new to natal astrology, begin with Level 1: Foundations.
Foundations teaches what each part of a chart is. Deepening teaches how the parts interact in the natal chart. This course teaches how the chart unfolds over time — transits, progressions, solar arcs, returns, eclipses, and the Hellenistic time-lord systems — and how to layer them together to read a real life with confidence.
It will teach you the Hellenistic predictive techniques — annual profections, firdaria, and zodiacal releasing — because they are essential to advanced predictive practice. It is not a complete course on Hellenistic astrology as a tradition; that is a separate, larger study which Sean Chan Academy will offer as a parallel track.
Module 12 is dedicated entirely to this question. It covers structuring a consultation, prioritizing what to cover, delivering difficult information, ethical boundaries, and how to begin building a paying practice. The course gives you the technical foundation and the professional framework. The hours of practice are still up to you.
